"A farmer from Illinios, George Hein, started Foutain View RV Lot Owners Association alone with his wife and two sons. Original date of Incorpration was March 25, 1982.

Ownership of all common grounds, including clubhouse, pool,tennis courts, storage area & Managers house were turned over to current & future residentson March 26, 1988. All unsold lots were turned over to the Fountain View  Lot Owners Association. There was no operating budget  at that time so the current owners put in $100 each. George Hein was charging owners $35/month for Maintenance." Cathy Roop
